Rented a property as a student with eightfold for a year- never replied to any of our emails/calls, the ceiling basically fell through with a huge leak and they did nothing about it, beds were so uncomfortable that we couldnt sleep, turned up for viewings unannounced, tried to charge us 800 for cleaning as we left even though we spent literal days cleaning the house head to toe before we handed our keys back- and took 4 months to give our deposits back, did their best to con us out of as much of our deposits as they could.

As a buyer I couldn't ask for a better agency than Eightfold. Robert Hawley was tremendously helpful with our buying process. We had a really tight time frame to complete the purchase and he did everything he could to help us meet the deadline. The service was excellent and always responding very quickly to our queries. We are so grateful!. 100% recommended

Do not rent with this letting agency especially if you are a student ! Would give them 0 stars if possible. Firstly over charged for a flat which was falling apart with numerous issues. The letting agency told work men to let themselves in with a key , so would wake up to random men being in the house with was awful considering we were a flat of 4 girls , also illegal and against tenants rights but they dont care . They have tried to take thousands off our deposits, charging over 600 for a clean even though the flat was a state when we first moved in and we cleaned throughout before leaving . Its been 5 months and we still havent had our deposit back . Terrible communication and customer service, so overall useless. Dan Lyons as an agent was particularly rude and unhelpful with the situation. Dont trust this money grabbing letting agency with your money as you wont get it back.
