Almost 2 months since I ordered a pair of shoes. Still not received the order. Not had any contact from them since I chased them weeks ago and was told I would get an update as there is supply issues but still waiting weeks later. Emailed further and emails are now being ignored. Will be contacting my bank to get my money back for an order that cost almost 100 quid. This is absolutely terrible service. Such a shame.

I have ordered lots of things from Translife recently and received a good level of service. Whilst not everything was in stock Sophie tried to keep me updated as best as possible. For a small company they do go the extra mile.
