Simon and the team were fantastic and really helped us explore all the options when selecting the most appropriate floor for our property. Once defined, the install was booked in in a timely manner. The install team did an amazing, quality job and were a pleasure to have working in the house. Would very much recommend!

The absolute Best in the city! Outstanding from our fist visit to the showroom to the finished installation. The sales team were fantastic; helping us weigh up the different options and choose the right boards, finishes and organising an installation timeline. Andy's installation team were first class. They were focussed on achieving the perfect finish and went to great lengths to do everything right; patiently insulating and levelling the sub-floors to leave a perfect finish. Overall they did four bedrooms and a hallway, and they far exceeded our expectations. You might be able to find a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere, but with City Wood Floors you get what you pay for - these floors will last us a long, long time, and we will definitely be getting them back to do our living room and kitchen.

Sales process was very good. Slightly disappointing that no follow up visit once floor was fitted to make sure everything was ok. Follow up visits would add to the overall satisfaction.

I wanted an engineered beech floor to match an existing floor. Simon managed to source a very suitable, high quality one which looks wonderful. I found all the team at City Wood Floors polite, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs; including the fitters. They organised and installed a fantastic floor that I am delighted with. I highly recommend them!
