Great Experience with the property pod. Everybody has always been really nice and professional. The eventual problems in the property have been quickly addressed and sorted with great results.

After viewing with jake and having contact with both Kim and jake over the past nearly two years, I am gutted to be leaving these agents. They have been the most helpful, efficient, responsive agents I have ever worked with. The contractors are also absolutely lovely people, I wish this team were coming with me to my new place. Thank you so much, there really wasnt anything you wouldnt do for me. Meant a lot

If you are POC or have a disability I DO NOT recommend this agency. Abhorrently Rude Spanish female receptionist, doesn't understand English over the phone (maybe get someone else to do so if she doesnt), she literally shouted for me to spell my name in phonetic alphabet, not everyone knows this from the top of their head, and FORCING someone todo so is VERY ABLEIST) I am also autistic and have echolalia and I'm pretty sure she took this personally, which makes no sense considering I was interested in the property, why would I affect my chances intentionally ? So I'm not sure where the "nice and funny" reviews come from (maybe they get their mates to write them) as my experience was the exact opposite. Not only that but they also DISCRIMINATE BASED ON APPEARANCE!! She literally said "WE NEED TO SEE YOUR FACE FIRST" when I have proof of a full time job and more than enough money to pay for rent (she also didnt believe my wages which was weird ) and have references, but they will not let me apply before seeing me? First agency that has done this (especially since the pandemic and social distancing ) and I will be reporting to the relevant authorities. Discrimination is a CRIME.
