The staff were blatantly rude and ridiculing when I wanted to return an item I had purchased there, since it wasn't compatible with my mac, and incredibly overpriced. They were basically saying it was my fault for being stupid enough to let them rip me off in the first place and would take no responsibility, or let me return the unused product. (I had requested an apple product and even brought my mac in for them to make sure I got the right product). There was no manager to talk to, I was given an info@ email to contact (no name), which I did, but no-one has replied to me.
