I ordered and paid for a file 12 days ago they showed it in stock l had a phone call to say they didnt have it and would order it in about 30 minutes later l received an email to say my order was cancelled and l would receive a credit note which Im still waiting for. I will never use Halfords again the money isnt much its the principal that matters. Weve got your money we couldnt care less. I have to put one star or it wont let me post. Frankly theyre not even worth that.

Needed bulb fitting, was awkward due to clips having previously been damaged but the guys here managed to do it. Excellent service

Been here a few times and every time the team are always super helpful especially the lady who works at the service desk she always trys to find a solution to issues. Everyone here is great !
