Park Centre for Breast Care

I had the most hostile experience so far. After being referred here by my GP I was supposed to have an additional examination. The doctor that I saw at 10am on 30th March did the same standard manual procedure that was already done by my GP. When I asked for additional scan she said that they don't do them unless there's symptoms. Now, having an infection for the 3rd time sounds like a symptom to me, moreover, why wait for other symptoms when they can be prevented? After those questions she became very passively aggressive and dismissive of my opinion. I felt like a second class citizen. Very disappointed of the attitude, lack of professionalism and compassion.

The care and careful communication that I received today was outstanding. Every person who worked with me today went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what procedures were taking place and were so kind to try and minimise any discomfort. I am so grateful to have had this experience during a rather scary time. Thank you to everyone at the Park Centre for Breast Care. You write the book on customer care.

Everyone at the centre was professional & friendly except the lady on reception who was miserable & rude. Not the welcome you need when attending a clinic fearing you will be told you have breast cancer. Dr's, nurses & health care assistants were all amazing.
