        I sadly experienced very rude and unfriendly customer service - I went to get a fire guard on Friday afternoon (which I needed that day) and asked the assistant behind the till if they had any. He pointed to one which was very dusty and dirty with no comment at which point I asked if he had a new one. The assistant replied with a simple no at which point I asked if he could either clean it or offer a small discount to cover the fact it was very dirty. He looked at me rather grumpily, picked it up and dusted it lightly. I then replied, I suppose I better leave it then and he replied yes I think think that would be best in a sarcastic and unfriendly manner. Very disappointing service especially after living in Kemp Town for over ten years and using your shop previously with no complaints. The lady in front of me also had trouble too with the assistants rudeness and short manner.
