Weve had to drop their previous high score to a this new score due to a recent issue that had been dragged on for 6-month unnecessarily. Although we appreciate that the time scale was in part due to lack of communication from the part of the landlords, we have been very disappointed in the extreme lack of communication between us (the tenants) and the Property Moves agent handling this case. We would go several weeks without any information passed on to us, if they had been contacting the landlord, if there any news or lack there of, nothing. Wed have to be the ones to always prod for a response or an update or just trying to get to a resolution to this issue, for which the landlords were unequivocally at fault. Even after this whole issue was resolved, we were told that the agent would email us with an official apology and explanation to try and amend the tenants-estate agency relationship. But again, to remain on brand, after not receiving any such email for a week, we had to be the ones to ask for it. We feel as if the landlord's concerns were taken more seriously than ours, that communication was only efficient when it benefitted the landlord and that we were not advocated for as tenants. Moving forward, we hope Property Moves learn from this experience and make steps to earn back our trust and rebuild a positive relationship. On a separate note, Jill, Shelby and Graham have always been excellent in their communication and work.

Found them completely useless when we had an issue that needed fixed !! Would advise anyone to check that they where the full managing agents and not just a go between . Ohh and be aware of a lady called Jill .
