I had a scan with msi here today. Despite being extremely anxious about my appointment and the wait time it was absolutely worth it for the support I got from the midwives I had. I believe their names were Jess and Jane! I truly hope they see this and know how much their help impacted me today. Their support is something ill take with me everywhere. Thank you:)

I was a patient at this surgery for a while. Dr Rogers is one of the best doctors I've had, listens to your concerns and acts on them. Dr Khan was also good when I had an appointment with him. Some of the other doctors not so good, but believe some of them have now left Can't think of any complaints to be honest

While I appreciate that the pandemic has caused innumerable problems, for the last 15 mnths it has been a nightmare to get through to this surgery via the telephone. The wait time has averaged out at over 20 mins & one occasion, having reached my turn to be answered, I waited a further 12 mins but nobody answered the phone. After 5 attempts on various days of trying to get through, my call was answered. I explained my consultant had requested a stool test be done. The receptionist stated categorically that it was not the doctors job & the consultant should do it. I advised the consultant had written to the doctor, stating which specific test was to be done & that I needed to collect the appropriate kit from my GP surgery. The receptionist then replied that the computer systems were offline that day & she terminated the phone call!!!
