        You cant go in to the surgery, you cant book online, you cant get through on the phone, maybe you can fax them? Whats the point of a GP that cant be contacted?

        Best surgery ever been with my son needed an appointment when he was a few weeks old the surgery i was with at the time refused to see him because he didn't have a birth Certificate phoned up the avenue surgery and they saw him the same day

        I only use the Doctors when absolutely necessary so when I did was shocked at the time it took to get the surgery staff to Answer my telephone call let alone an appointment with the doctor
