I have 2 weeks since I have my boiler down. No heating, no hot water, still waiting to be fixed. Unprofessional staff. Chose a different company if you want to avoid this situation.

Just seen Southern Heating Group driver in a fist fight with a taxi driver in Hangleton. The SHG driver (with long grey beard) pulled into an off-street driveway for a 3 point turn. He reversed into oncoming traffic without looking causing a taxi driver to beep their horn (taxi in the right). This then quickly escalated into a fist fight between two grown men at 1830 on a public road. The SHG driver was definitely the aggressor and started the fight. Taxi driver had their child in the car but defended himself well. Disgusting and childish behaviour.

Southern Heating did a boiler safety check for me a couple of years ago. They were on time and thorough with the inspection. I just got stuck on a long weekend with a boiler fault and I rang them - they advised me over the phone how to fix it (it was very simple issue). They easily could have said they needed to inspect it and charge me to come out and look at it - but they didn't. I really appreciate their honesty and help with this issue. Will definitely use them again.
