arrogant and totally totally rude.
hopefully, this gets back to them so they can be retrained or get training. seems as if they have become numb to people, understandable when working for a long time in healthcare, but not acceptable AT ALL.
Plz, plz plz fix this arrogance and try to be more professional or just leave the profession

My only worry is that the appointment letter for my operation asked me to take a covid test which the nurse said was not required when I arrived. I also brought my drugs as requested, and no one asked to see them.
