Any occasions where we needed to clarify details or visit the property before sale, he was always very accommodating and no request was too much. Very impressed compared to every other estate agent we encountered in our house search, and will be looking to sell through Kendrick when the day arrives

Absolutely fantastic service. My sale wasnt straightforward but Dan and Paul made it as stress free as possible. Communication was always great and I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way. Really couldnt ask for more!

We bought our house through Dan at Kendricks about 6 years ago, and he was so lovely, that it was a really easy decision to use them again to sell! The team are professional as well as friendly, and Dan was great at keeping in touch through the whole process and doing lots of chasing for us! Just wish we weren't moving out of the region, as we'd use them again for our next sell too!
