Our son had an appointment with Dr Mcminn, and appointment started of with Dr Mcminn airing his frustrations about 2 of his office staff been of sick. This is not what patients want to hear during an appointment. Dr Mcminn was near the end of the appointment clearly out of control and started shouting and swearing at us in front of our 2 young children. Nobody else in the room was doing this, and nothing was done by us as parents to in any way cause Dr Mcminn to act in this way.Dr Mcminn had to be told 3 times to stop conducting himself in this way. This appointment was clearly nothing short if total abuse by Dr Mcminn.Dr Mcminn did apologize at the end but did not do this of his own accord, he only did this when he was challenged about his behaviour.I know that everyone can have a bad day but Doctors have to maintain conduct and behaviour in front of patients particularly in front of children. The fact is if we had acted in this way Dr Mcminn would understandably have to refer us to Social Services, but Dr Mcminn clearly thought it's okay for him to act like this in front of children.Dr Mcminn clearly had issues and contaminated this appointment with these.
