Do NOT use. Their contractors are rude and belligerent. I told them to get off the property due to offensive language and behaviour and was barged into. Taking this to the police.

This the second time that I have used Stevie B. The first time was in 2016. First off, Stevie B is a very friendly man to work with, who was very helpful in particular in relation to the second move at the beginning of February 2022. The conveyancing side of things had been held up which led to a short window between exchange and completion. Stevie B arranged for the packing day to happen (big shout out to John who is a wizard packer) despite the short notice, and for the removal day. They all worked extremely hard and efficiently to make it as smooth as possible. They made the moving process much less stressful than it could have been. I can see why the firm gets so much repeat business. Thanks Stevie B and the team!

The team was really great yesterday, friendly, positive, prompt, energetic and pretty much all the plants survived intact! Thanks to all of you for helping make a super stressful day that much easier.

Stevie B came and assessed my flat and things to be moved. The price for doing the work was cheaper than others, but his assessment of the quantity and time was very badly calculated. Three men who came to move my things were really appalled about the time they had to do the work. Very rushed and frantic. Not everything was removed by them (partly as i could not handle their urgency, am elderly and was very, very stressed, but very well packed). Had to organise another company to finish off the work - thank goodness for Smooth Movers, who were calm, considerate and patient. Payment transaction was fraught, Steve and his secretary wanting Bank details over the phone, while people were listening. One box full of cutlery, casserole dish etc 'disappeared'. Times are hard, and trusting people is even harder. Wouldn't recommend, especially for elderly people.
