I went into the Brighton store today ready to buy 2 pairs of earrings for 18th birthday gifts. 2 customers and 3 staff in the store but we were ignored I did ask one young man where the earrings were and he pointed across the store. I found them, then wanted help so went to the counter, waited .......after 5 minutes of being ignored by him , he was sorting stock , clearly more important than customers. We left . chloe and amy are rude as anything. whispering about clients and then saying they cant do anything even though they said they could do something if i had a receipt which i then gave to them and they declined.

Walked around trying to find this place but couldnt find it anywhere. Followed the address on maps and took us to some random street. Waste of time.
