Gemma is a real breath of fresh of air that guides and supports you throughout your fitness Programme. Her pre and post natal expertise in exercise have been brilliant for me and I would highly recommend her. Shes fun, empathetic, supportive and empowers you. Ive never had a PT trainer as good as her.

Gemma is an absolutely amazing personal trainer. Her online HIIT classes are phenomenal; they're great for all abilities, always challenging, and so much fun. Gemma brings so much energy to every class that even attending a HIIT at 7am is a treat! A great trainer with great online classes, and you will not only see physical results but fall in love with exercise too. Couldn't recommend any more.

I look forward to each session because I know each one is varied and different from the other sessions. Gemma is always coming up with new ideas to challenge my strength in her strength class. She is both easy to listen to and yet dynamic. She lightens the mood with humour where appropriate. I find myself looking forward to each exercise to see how much I can get out of it. I feel both challenged and invigorated by the end....love it!
