Cat Out Of Glass - Cat Flap Fitter

Brilliant service from CJ and Sarah. Sarah communicated all the information we needed quickly. Although we were told it could be a 2 week turnaround for the glass to be ordered, it was actually measured and installed in a little over 1 week. CJ was friendly and efficient. The cat however isnt impressed by the cat flap, but were hoping shell get the hang of it soon.

Great customer service. COFG were very friendly when arranging the appointment, measuring up and fitting. A professional job, sorted quickly and offered the best price amongst others I had tried. Our cat took a few days to get used to it, but now loves his new independence.

What a lovely lovely company - we are so happy we chose to use them for our cat flap installation. From start to finish the process was so quick and easy - we used the self measure tool which is really straightforward and were told there was no issue with our measurements. Sarah replied promptly to my enquiries and got our glass ordered as soon as we had paid the invoice. About a week later she contacted us with a fitting day for 2 days time. CJ arrived to fit the cat flap bang on the time we were given, even with heavy snow in our area, and was friendly and chatty throughout the fitting, which he did quickly and expertly. He gave us loads of good advice about the cat flap and is just a lovely down to earth guy. Its clear both Sarah and CJ are real cat lovers and take real pride in what they do, plus their prices are very reasonable compared to some other quotes I had. Its nice to support such a dedicated company rather than go through a random window company who I doubt would have given the same level of service. Having recently moved into a new home we found ourselves in need of installation of our existing cat flap into a glass pane. From the moment I contacted a Cat Out Of Glass I was impressed with the speedy responses and the level of professionalism. The self measuring instructions are clear and simple to follow. 13 days from paid to installed which is pretty good turnaround. All round very efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service! Completely effortless on my part. They didnt need me to be in to measure up, turned up a week later to fit it and did it within half an hour! Amazing!
