        I have recently joined this surgery . Having moved from a GP practice that was truly awful , I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews . I have found the receptionists very friendly , understanding and helpful . So far I have seen a locum GP twice; on both occasions she was excellent in every regard . In both cases I saw her face to face ! In my previous surgery that just would not happen . My advice to the negative reviewers - be grateful for what you have as the other side of the fence is terrible
