Have got a sofa and coffee table also side table from them. we found what it suited our property and our style after we had looked online for weeks and weeks. I'm very pleased with the products. very durable and kept well. had sofa just over two years looks almost new. during sell staff was amazing and also they were exactly the same on pick up as well. great customer services skill as well as good quality. I recommend them. Thank you AM General Building

driver went to the wrong address, driver called and left voicemail. I call back but no answer. then I called customer service and I asked them to call the driver and ask to come back since he was only 5' away and the answer was that he already left the AREA and I need to reschedule or cancel the order. what he drives? a ferrari and he left the AREA within 5 minutes? not even my fault that drivers can't read a simple address properly but then no help. wayfair and Made here I come!!! read the reviews, a lot of comments for scratched and damaged items

Avoid! We bought a Dwell sofa four years ago and it is now pretty well unusable and fit for the bin. The middle support leg sheared off and the springs are damaged. In addition, the back cushion foam has collapsed completely. They tout a 15 year guarantee to the frame and springs, but they then charge you for an assessment to see if it is covered, with no assurance this will be refunded even if your claim is upheld. I have looked carefully and this nasty little extra isn't mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions or their detailed info on the guarantee. Dwell customer service first tried to deny there was a guarantee, and have now tried to justify the hidden charge by reference to general consumer law. This gets the law all wrong and is frankly embarrassing for a supposedly premium brand. Shockingly poor quality and they seem to stop at nothing to wriggle out of the supposed guarantee. Never, never again!!

The bad reviews were right and I wish I had listened. My Sofa is due in less then 48 hours, I was notified by text this morning of the time slot it will be arriving. HOWEVER, I just received a phone call advising the Sofa is now out of stock and will not be back in stock for 5 WEEKS!!! We have already been waiting weeks as it is and had our old one collected today, along with having to book the day off work for the delivery. All they offered was for the delivery charge to be refunded once the sofa has been delivered???? I asked to speak to a manager and was informed there wasn't one to talk to and I could be waiting 48 hours to get a call back from one. Disgraceful. Very unhappy with Dwell as a company now and will not be shopping with them again.
