COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I researched houses through a third party and after months of narrowing down I finally decided on a house. I purchased the house, was sent confirmation, and deposit payment was taken from my account. After my booking was confirmed.. i then purchased Disney tickets and other NONREFUNDABLE tickets to go along with my vacation rental. I was then told about a week later the price was not correct and it was going to be more than DOUBLE what I spent. They admitted THEY made the error/ mistake but WOULD not honor the price they had it listed for. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE SOMEONE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

To keep this short, sweet and simple, I will use Florida Premier Rentals and no one else going forward. The smoothness of the process, the comminication of all of the wonderful staff (Yvonne and Amelia) and the owner herself was top rung customer service. This is the way all businesses should be run!

We came down to our house and checked in for a one week stay Saturday through Saturday. On Tuesday we evacuated due to hurricane Ian. People that stayed in our area had to be rescued. Florida premier properties is offering no refund, credit, or compensation for the days missed of our vacation. I have tried to speak with someone through message and voicemail and have received little help. I guess they would have recommended us staying in the house with 5 children total during a category 5 hurricane. Our house was nice but we never even got to enjoy it. I would stay away from a company that is not there for you when things go wrong.

I can honestly say that my family and I truly enjoyed staying at your property at Calabay Villa. This was my first time vacationing at a house because I was so afraid of scams and I live 17 hours away in New York. To whom Ever is looking to rent this property by all means do so! Everything you need is there n my kids loved the pool so much that they wanted to leave Universal Studios n get in the pool cause they were tired of walking lol! All the stores are so close by n Disney seemed only 20 mins away for me.I'm glad I chose your property we even cleaned n washed all your towels Thanks a bunch and I will be back!
