I have been doing Cross Krav Maga now for over 4 years and love it. It really does prepare you for real life situations that you could find yourself in. It is easy to learn due to Keith's expert teaching and coaching and the support of great team members. The training is challenging but fun and if you want to, you can progress through the gradings. Suitable for all levels of fitness for men and women. I really do recommend it for anyone who wants to get fit and learn and practice really effective defence techniques.

I joined Brighton Cross Krav Maga about 5 years ago. Cross Krav Maga is a reality engineered self defence system that can be learned relatively quickly and is designed for real life situations. Keith is an excellent instructor and keeps classes fresh and interesting. Cross Krav Maga teaches how to deal effectively with a variety of threats and attacks including fists, kicks, knives, blunt force weapons and firearms. I can't recommend it highly enough - it has a serious purpose but it is also a lot of fun with a friendly and welcoming bunch!

This is an excellent class. Keith uses his many years of experience in Krav Maga and martial arts to make practical and realistic self defense system. Not only are we taught technique but also the mindset to survive. Everything we do has been pressure-tested to make it as realistic and effective as possible. The knife defense is second to none although we are under no illusion of how dangerous and devistating this type of situation can be. The classes are fun and informative and I've been going for the last five years.
