        The Irish linen table cloth and mats I ordered were held up due to the pre-Christmas strikes and delivery mayhem way beyond the control of The Grey Works. Once I emailed to check on progress I received first class customer service and my order was soon with me. I'm delighted with the product and the service and look forward to buying from them again.
