Richard and Esme.. wow, these guys go above and beyond for customer service. My car is my baby and was treated as such. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I won't take my car anywhere else now. Thanks guys

Richard is clearly a nice guy, but in my case I had a nightmare trying to get anything done. Firstly I had to repeatedly chase once I took my car in to find out what was going on. After four days I needed it back and was told all but one issue was fixed - this was wrong and actually none of the problems were, which was potentially dangerous and very frustrating. When trying to find a time to take it back in for the work to be done, I was given repeated excuses and eventually gave up and went elsewhere - about three weeks from first taking my car in.
