Royal Mail Hove Delivery Office

Why does Hove depot close in the middle of the working day (midday) on Mondays, when it closes at a practical time on all other weekdays? There is no apparent or logical reason. It's totally inconvenient, inconsistent and not good enough.

God almighty where to begin. Last three parcels, I rebooked my missed parcels to go to a post office, as they can't ring the doorbell when I'm in and WORK FROM HOME. First two parcels, they completely ignored my instructions to deliver to the post office and just attempted to redeliver to the address without any red cards left the second time. Absolute garbage. Latest one? No card left at all and can't book a redelivery as the code works on eBay and doesn't work on the website............. I now have to pick up all three from this stupid Depot that opens about three hours a day because Royal Mail don't know what the hell they're doing!

Via Google Maps. I just needed the Local Number for Local People ? To speak to the Hove Depot Post Master? not this 0345 ?? A call centre in a far off land and he says hello over and over, 20mins on hold for that, I give up. I'm a chronic pain patient so I'm now forced to write to the postmaster as I can't walk, and I don't know if I'd even be able to see him/her/they/them :(
