Similar experience to the last review. They refused my parcel on Friday and again on Monday, what a waste of time and petrol. I am not sure in what way they could be said to be a UPS Access Point when they wont take your parcel. I have now arranged with Amazon to take it to the post office instead. I dont suppose the will refuse the parcel and send me away twice!

Nice store, nice people, but, they don't take parcels at the weekend - understandable but UPS should adjust the details of such places to provide a more accurate overview of services.

Awful service, very rude. Refused my parcel twice first time because it was't the right 'collection day' and second because the parcel was too big (small box). So much for a 'convenient' access point. It's a small shop if they can't take the capacity of parcels being dropped off they shouldn't be allowed to take them at all.
