NQ London Bags

I hope my wife doesn't read this yet - 02/02 is her birthday and she has been vegetarian for many years, choosing to go vegan recently. Animals and caring for the planet are at the centre of her heart. We also run 2 x 100% Made in Great Britain businesses - so finding Shabana and NQLondon was really exciting. As usual, I had left it until the very last minute, less than a week to get things sorted. I called Shabana, explained what I kind of wanted and the colours my wife loves and she made two suggestions - I bought them both! They were made by her in London on Friday and I received them today (Monday) - hand made, in GB, from animal-free, cruelty-free, vegan materials, just for my wife - delivered on time. The colours, the design and the quality of the bag and the purse are superb - I am now banking on receiving ONE BROWNIE POINT thanks to NQLondon - superb work, friendly service, fabulous quality products, hand-made, amazing attention to detail and just an all-round brilliant experience!

I lost one of the pins/screws that held the ring in place on the side of my bag that the strap connected to. I emailed NQ London asking if they would be able to send me a new pin/screw and Shabana came back to me very quickly, asking if I could send the bag back to her so she could double check the thread of the ring. I paid for the postage and Shabana confirmed she had received it. After a few days, Shabana contacted me to say the back was on it's way back to me with tracked delivery. It's as good as new and I'm very grateful to Shabana and NQ London for all their help and brilliant customer service! Highly recommend them.

I first got a nq london bag in 2014. Changed my life !hasnt lost shape, completely waterproof and can place all the kids things in and able to get to quickly due to the space i have. I still use it now and the amount of compliments i get is unreal. The designer of bags is super lovley and friendly. Always puts 100% care and attention into each of them. Highly recommend.
