Lovely young chap called Josh, strapping young man in grey in the acute assessment unit was amazing. Would come back just for him

Worst telephone service I've ever experienced. Sending me through 6 different people just to not get an answer from the 7th

It was back in 2002 that I spent time in this wonderful place having a heart by-pass. The Sureon was Mr Forsythe from Australia and 'my' nurse was a young lady from New Zealand. Her name was Ceri and I often think of these amazing people .

This hospital slowly but surely let my mum die, it could have been prevented but I will never trust this place and their staff again. I want people to know that the medical professionals (as they call themselves) are most definitely never always right.

On several occasions I have had to visit the SDEC department in the last year due to problems relating to my feeding tube. On all. Occasions I have been given the best care and attention possible. I was looked after from start to finish. Some people need to stop and think how they would cope working 12 hours a day under pressure. They are all fantastic. First Class, A credit to the NHS. Well done to the Royal Sussex County Hospital
