Kingsway Care took care of my Mum, taking her out for lunches, coffee trips and outings to local attractions. She had Alzheimer's and being a full-time worker, I struggled to give her as much time as she needed. Denise immediately put my mind at rest when I met her, easing my feelings of guilt. The whole team were amazing - they stayed in contact with me regularly and helped when she had appointments or meetings. They took her out right up to the end and some of the carers even came to her funeral to pay their respects. A wonderfully caring team who I would recommend to anyone needing a service such as this. Thank you all at Kingsway Care, I couldn't have done it without your support over the last year.

I recently ended an amazing 4 month employment under kingsway care. During my time there theyve given me training which has provided me with the ability to give tremendous care. Theyre a care company like no other, they show a lot of love and respect not just for the patients but also for their staff.

* As an Ex Registered Nurse for too many years to mention, I am delighted to work for and with Kingsway Care. They have the same ethos as myself when giving care. Promoting independence but giving appropriate care as required BUT with real care. Our team are care givers because they do care. Im loving my new role with a fabulous company and team. Thank you for letting me join the team Jane Johnson

Ive worked for Kingsway Care for three months now and I can honestly say that it is by far the best company I have ever worked for. We are all trained and supported to such a high standard that Ive never felt overwhelmed or out of my depth working with any of our clients no matter their needs. Each time we meet a new client, we are introduced by another member of staff to ensure that the client is happy working with us and to ensure we know their routines and requirements. We work using an app called PASS which enables us when visiting each client to view their personal needs, its updated daily so we can see if our clients are on any new medications or if there are any updates to their care plan. There is always someone available to call if any issues arise while out on visits and we are always met with friendly and helpful advice. In the short time I have worked for Kingsway, management, staff and clients have made me feel so welcome and happy. Ive had multiple thank you cards from my superiors to thank me for filling in at short notice and for the hard work that I do. The managing director, (Olly) sent me a just eat voucher the other week so that I could treat myself to a takeaway to say thank you for my hard work and this week he informed me that having passed my probation period I will now receive shares to the company which will increase the longer I work for them! All round this is such a fantastic, supportive and compassionate company to work for. Joining Kingsway was the best thing I could have ever done to ensure job satisfaction, I couldnt be happier. Id recommend Kingsway to anyone looking for a fantastic job or to those looking for home care for themselves or their loved ones.

A friend told me a year ago that i should contact Kingsway care as she thought we were a perfect fit. I contacted them but i was starting a new job, covid was causing issues and the timing was off. 1 year later and i find out she was right. I have worked in nursing homes and supported living though covid as i could not run my massage business. I have worked with dementia, elderly, learning disabilities, rehabilitation post hospital and respite both permanent and as agency. I left my last job burned out, anxious, tired and not wanting to continue in care. Olly and the team have bent over backwards to make things work for the both of us and i love it. It's only been 10 days and i no longer feel anxiety and I look forward to coming to work with lovely people and clients. It sounds a bit cheesy but, it really does feel like a family. Everyone is positive, helpful, friendly and work together to help each other out. The clients see us as family rather than carers as the level of "care" is really outstanding. I have time to fit in my massage and my studies and still do enough hours for the both of us. Kingsway is new and in great demand from clients, we just need more caring staff. I feel happier and more positive than i have for a long time both at work and at home. Even my cat is more chilled out because i am.
