        Treated in a robotic manner, constantly changing staff, told me I looked healthy when I was suffering from a restrictive eating disorder. I believe this place prolonged my mental health problems.

        Camhs have neglected my sons care multiple times over the past 8 years! High turnover of staff so you always have different doctors or nurses that dont know your childs history, except of that on file. Didnt keep up with routine 6 monthly appointments. They lie to you and say theyll get something done by a certain date but they dont even get it done without chasing up. Giving 1 star is being generous! Terrible service that needs to be prioritised by the NHS. Especially as this is a service for children and adolescents! Also, the main receptionist is down right rude, amongst other incidents, has shouted at me down the phone when I have chased up information, then proceeded to hang up on me. Avoid the Aldrington centre if you can!
