I was going to buy my new TV and sound bar from a big department store - but did not really know what I was doing and I just got very general advice from them. Then I rang Richer Sounds and spoke to Geoff who was just phenomenal. There is nothing that man does not know about the products or options. He managed to get me a better product, price and the best ever advice. He could not do enough, spent ages with me, went off to check all the details and rang back exactly when he said he would - and then went on to arranged for Darren to come and fit and set up the TV - who was also fantastic and came over twice to help position the equipment for decorating and then come back to fit it all and get it up and running. And then Geoff followed up to make sure I was happy and it was all working. Just the best customer service ever. I did not ever feel to be made as clueless as I clearly am about all this, and I can not recommend the company or Geoff himself enough. Thank you so much.

I've been back and forth to Richer sounds a lot over the years. My most recent experience at the Brighton store, (now my local store) has been the best. Toby one of the team came to my house to go through our requirements ( you won't meet a nicer guy), and the Damien, the store manager, worked with me over several home trails of a streamers and speakers to get me happy. I have bought the Cambridge Audio streamer CXN2 after trailing a Blue sound Node first, and have bought a TV from them. I found the team, especially Damien, incredibly knowledgeable as well as patient, happy to spend time explaining the tech in each gizmo as well as giving me plenty of time at home to listen to various configurations. They've gone above and beyond. Rosie always good to talk to too. Shortly I'll be looking to upgrade my XD player and I know exactly where I'll come to for advice and for the purchase. thanks all! Rob

Wonderful customer service from richer sounds brighton and customer support phone line! Had an issue with my Samsung TV which was less than a year old. Samsung refused to do a repair under warranty and Ashley helped me fix the issue with Samsung. Will definitely be recommending RS in the future! Thank you

Knowledgeable, friendly staff hampered by their having only one laptop on which they can display products and deal with some types of payment. 5th star when they get another laptop!
