        HR Developments use cowboy builders to make cheap houses that they decorate well to disguise the cheap labour. 7 years of hell from a new build HR have wiped their hands of it. 40k improvements currently underway which will probably double in cost as each stage they discover something more sinister. This truly is living hell. Wasted my life savings on a flat within a building that might as well be made of sand
