        A brilliant experience, a lifelong guarantee as well! The teacher, Mike is the most experienced, reassuring person. The followup teaching is thorough and illuminating. This is one of the best things I have ever done. 2 years later and I cherish every meditation I do. My 8 year old daughter benefits from the children's mantra too, and my 5 year old son will be starting soon. Mike is the trusted expert!
