I am very satisfied with the new C/H boiler that Jerome recommended and subsequently fitted, replacing a 19yr old one that suddenly failed. His estimate was very competitive and he made a special effort to commence work as we were experiencing a very cold period without heating. The work was completed in two days, the system drained, flushed and a new boiler fitted before the system was recommissioned. All the work was carried out in an extremely professional manner. I have already recommended J Williams Heating Ltd to a close friend who I am sure will be equally satisfied with their services. I will be using J Williams Heating Ltd in the future for my ongoing boiler servicing and thoroughly recommend this company. Service: Heating system installation

Jerome was commissioned by Vaillant to install a new boiler in our home. As soon as the works were carried out, it was apparent that things werent properly done, which had caused issues, which they had to come back and repair (and still we are left with issues to the install). Jerome blames the customer for the incorrect work carried out by himself and his inexperienced team member, and expects the customer to be an expert in plumbing to cover his own mistakes. We tried to be reasonable and pay additionally for plumbing to be completed, but this was not acceptable to Jerome as he had not acknowledged his mistakes, and then demanded an apology before even discussing any work - highly unacceptable & unprofessional behaviour. We do not recommend J Williams for any heating or plumbing work. Service: Heating system installation
