        Theo and Richard are incredibly professional and friendly. They renovated our bathroom whilst we were on holiday and the whole process was smooth, and they went to great lengths to think through each aspect of the renovation, from aesthetics to functionality. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. It's hard to find builders that are so trust worthy and highly capable. Thoroughly recommend them!!!!

        Theo and Rich were fantastic, great attention to detail and meticulous. I had damp proofing carried on all three floors and a new bathroom installed. Couldn't be happier and would use them again without a doubt. Lovely guys too!

        We cannot recommend Lyons property services highly enough. True professionals, trustworthy, reliable and go above and beyond. Theo and Rich have renovated two Bathrooms and a farmhouse kitchen for us and we couldn't be happier with them. As we were fairly clueless to what we wanted, they helped pick the paint, tiles, flooring etc. We will certainly be using them again for any future work.
