The heels are ok, but sizing is a bit off (size 5/6) Did not receive my refund on two separate occasions, despite returning items within 10 day return period and in pristine condition. 1 month later no refund?

Gorgeous products on the web site but customer service and communication is none existent. Wasted time, now without a Christmas present for someone special. Order placed 10 days ago and not been shipped still,with royal mail strikes no chance of receiving the order in time.
