James was knowledgeable and courteous, and explained what he was doing and also provided relevant paperwork the same day... when a problem was discovered, he explained, by showing the issue (which should have been picked up from the company who did the last service, as the problem was there then) and was able to rectify it swiftly. James offered a highly competitive price; he is very professional and works to an extremely high standard. Hes good at finding solutions to any problems that arise. James and David were brilliant. The installation has been completed to a very high standard and I am very happy with the whole process. The survey of what was needed, along with the knowledge James shared gave me real confidence that I was getting the right system for the home. Installation was not an easy one, but James and David worked so hard and kept me informed of any changes to the plan. I had been interested in replacing our gas boiler with an Air source heat pump for a while but was concerned whether our property was suitable and was nervous after reading a lot of scare stories in the press. James did a thorough survey and was able to come up with a plan that suited us as well as answering all the questions we had. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the product and real attention to detail which is critical if the installation is going to work out. The installation itself was very smooth and apart from a couple of tweaks at the start i can honestly and happily say that we have noticed little difference compared to the old gas boiler (other than that our energy consumption and bills will be lower!) It was big decision for us to decide to invest in replacing our gas central heating with an air source heat pump, particularly when moving into a new property and all the stress and decisions that brings. The service from James was exemplary. The whole process from defining what we required, delivery, installation and after service has been second to none. We knew from the start exactly what we were getting and confident we were in safe hands, The installation itself is frankly a work of art, with piping and ducting installed immaculately. James and team had to additionally fix weak joints and old bent pipework. They went the extra mile to get this right with the end result being far better than the original fittings.
