Ive just come back from the beginners Olympic lifting afternoon with Holly. It was brilliant. Im a PT myself but had not ever done any Olympic lifting before. The afternoon was really well structured and Holly explained everything so well. She broke down all the exercises into small tiny chunks to really get to grips with the technique. We had a really fun and relaxed afternoon but learnt loads of new stuff to go away and practice. Thanks Holly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get started with this sport.

Did an Olympic Lifting Workshop with Holly. Excellent learning experience in a well equipped and convenient venue (5 mins walk from Brighton Station), which Holly clearly explained technique in a fun and engaging way. Highly recommended.

Ive been training with Holly around a year, I chose Holly specifically, because I knew she had the valuable experience I needed to ensure i would move well and build a solid foundation for getting back to heavy lifting. Post lockdown my body was a wreck, I wanted guidance and supervision for correct technique and With Hollys excellent knowledge Ill soon be ready to hit those PB goals. She is specific, brilliant and extremely good at her job. I also refer my one. Clients to her for very specific body work.

Highly recommend Coach Sara! She has been able to help support me with my daily and weekly routines with my busy schedule at work. If you struggle to find the time to stay fit and build core strength then this is your best bet! Coach Sara will help you plan and navigate your weekly schedule. Its very individualistic and thats what is so powerful about it. If you are reading this you just be dabbling into whether or not to give it a go .. I would say try it and see for yourself!
