Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered online and requested my package to Germany. Unfortunately, we had enormous problems with German customs, but Ayten gave everything. She took care of the entire delivery/customs process, so that the order found its way to me. All items are so beautiful and obviously of high quality. They fit perfectly (I ordered size L) and I'm glad I found your shop online. In Germany I have not found anything that is comparable to silk underwear in terms of service / quality.

The quality is exceptional and the people are utterly lovely. I usually find bra fittings a bit embarrassing because of my scars, Ayten was utterly professional and kind, there was nothing awkward about the whole experience. The pieces I bought were truly beautiful but more importantly incredibly soft and comfortable, and while I was trying different styles, she altered a piece for me on the spot (frankly I suspect magic is involved - the woman is a wizard!) I cannot recommend Ayten Gasson more highly.

I could not have had a better experience! Everything was beautiful, I booked an appointment and had a full hour of 121 attention. I got to pick my own colours and lace and yet its incredible value. If you enjoy lingerie and are in Brighton you cant miss it.
