After so many months unable to get to shops it is such a pleasure to enjoy beautiful independent shops again. This one is a gem and I found some lovely Brighton inspired gifts for my Mums 75th birthday. The ladies were very helpful and I felt safe (mask on, hand sanitiser offered) A truly boutique experience and I will definitely be back!

We love this place on the seafront! It has a fantastic range of quirky gifts - including loads of Brighton themed ones. We always pop in when we pass and usually end up buying something. The staff and owner are lovely and incredibly helpful. If you're visiting Brighton do try and pop in!

Disappointingly unpleasant experience not dissimilar to Daisy, yesterday, despite "comments taken aboarc "statement by owner, which would appear to just be lip service. Arrived with my baby (in arms), and my friend and her daughter. Immediately offered hand sanitizer before we touched anything on the outside display, by young friendly staff member, happily and gladly obliged. We stayed outside as we had walked up from the beach with just purses in hand, no masks. While I was browsing on the east side a middle aged tanned lady with long curly hair approached and spoke very loudly across me to the staff member, stating that a child at the shop door had put something in her mouth and would have to pay for it.The lady was clearly the owner or boss. She all but shouted at the staff member. She didn't take on the onerous task of explaining this to the child's parents, just dumped her staff member in it! And so indiscrete, and came very close to me for someone who supposes to care about guidelines (social distancing!). The staff member was pleasant, kind and dealt with a non mask wearing customer very professionally. The aforementioned older lady subsequently glared at us and her shop, after she walked off and queued for ice cream at another store. Incidentally my friend's daughter bought some items, so we are customers vs browsers. We are local people and would have returned time and again, as the shop is lovely, though on the expensive side. I would also hazard a guess that the latest 5 star review mentioning the "friendly owner"may not be genuine :-)
