        I had my first float yesterday and I loved it. I came out feeling very relaxed and this feeling lasted for the rest of the day. Prior to going, I watched the video induction which was so useful. It gave me all the information I needed to put me a ease on my first visit. The staff were very helpful and the spa was clean and peaceful. Thank you for a great experience and I am looking forward to my next float soon.

        The Float Spa is such a welcome space - you can't beat the bliss of a float pod with tea afterwards and the staff look after you so well. Looking forward to my next visit - highly recommend.

        One word...incredible! This was an experience like no other. Straight away I booked again in 5 weeks time. If you're into meditation I think this takes it to the next level. Friendly staff and overall an overwhelming positive session. I felt so energised and charged when leaving

        Working with Rebecca Jackson exploring an Ayurvedic Plan and Intuitive Energy work was a calming, compassionate experience. I felt Rebecca heard what I needed and from this place she develop a plan forward that fits into my routine and capabilities. I wanted to relax and switch off, I wanted to be understood and thats exactly what I got. A beautiful experience.
