I used cosmetic insurance for my Mustang Mach-E's windscreen as I noticed a crack in the windscreen. They directed me to book an appointment online via National Windscreens. I took an available appointment which was less than a week. When I arrived, the chaps working there were welcoming and the technician explained the process in detail. They asked if I preferred to wait or come back and informed me as soon as the job was completed. I had a good experience with them and would recommend their services.

My car is leaking in. I probably have some damage to my car due to the leak. They have broken my rain sensor as well on the day. Theyve admitted they have caused this problem to my car. After 4 weeks customer relations team not even contacted me about the case. Seems like they really care about their customer. They have made a mistake and caused damage to my car. This is ridiculous how they dont want to pay for the damage since the 30th of March. Service: Auto windshield repair

I noticed a crack in my windscreen. I called Aviva and the automated message said to book online via National Wondscreens. The next available appointment was about 10 days later. Not a big deal, but it's quite frustrating that you don't get a time to book just a day. Fortunately my work were flexible in allowing me to take time to get to/from the centre. Anyway, I arrived and the staff (3 gents I spoke to) were very welcoming, kind and explained everything. They asked if I wanted to wait, or when I'd like to come back and called me as soon as it was sorted. Would recommend them.
