Refreshing - I made an email enquiry and received a reply very quickly, had a few questions to asked and almost immediately got a reply. Good advice for me to subscribe to thier mailing list and doing so I received 10% discount which they honoured. When at the shop the guy was so helpful whilst I tried on my purchase, had a great conversation. The shop is well stocked, staff helpful and listen, not a one-way conversation. Definitely recommend and will use again even though living in London. London tackle shops - pay attention to this kind of service - freshing.

I went into the shop just on the off chance to ask if they knew of anyone that did casting lessons and Steve offered to help me. great bunsh of guy very helpful and reasenble prices. When I need to walk into a tackle shop, this is the one I walk into. Always going the extra mile. Always helping my clients find the tackle we use. Well stocked. I just wish they would go 24 hours...
