        on visit to see a resident found room not very clean. no toilet paper in bathroom or chair for shower. sheets had poo staines. worst home I've been too.

        Whilst my parents were at wavertree house,I find the lack of communication from the senior time shocking.Also the Manager had no compassion for the residents and was more interested in the business side of the home. The lack of care and attention when the buzzers were called was also a massive let down here. As sometimes they would be sitting in there own urnie for more than 45 minutes. The nurses where amazing and had some much time for them and there family .Keep up the good work many thanks
