We've been trying to contact you since April. You've changed the address again and this is a separate account to the other Google business under your name which has poor reviews. We are leaving our tenancy tomorrow, have no idea where to leave the keys and like I've already mentioned after copious emails and phone calls you have not responded since April. Will we even get our deposit back? By the looks of the reviews on your previous google account we will not. Not to even mention your website is down and your address here is different to the one we know of. Its highly irresponsible and cruel to leave tenants in this position. I wonder if the landlord has even received rent payments at this point. From a very confused and dubious tenant of two years.
