        Wouldnt exchange my item because they gifted me a bogus item that they NEVER gave me. So when I try to return it or exchange it they said I needed to give the gift back. I would have given it back if you gave it to me. Never shopping here again. Its a scam.

        Bought a dress from Sandro Brighton as a back up wedding outfit as my original dress didn't arrive, but wasn't told at purchase that I wouldn't be able to get a refund if I returned it. Was given number for head office who were extremely unhelpful and rude and told me it wasn't possible to submit a complaint or speak to a manager or any procedure at all. I told them I was in financial difficulty due to losing my job and was rather upset at losing a large amount of money but they wouldn't offer any exceptions or solutions to help me. Wouldn't shop at Sandro in the future.
