Hi I dont know what happened with my deposit still I am waiting for my deposit to be returned to my bank account, the agreement says that I would have my deposit back into my bank account in 30 working days. I requested this on the 22nd of March, and now almost 2 months and no one says anything even when I have called to "help desk" to have a ticket for my inquiry always they said we are going to return to you with an answer as soon as possible... I dont know what "as soon as possible means for them". It has been a really bad service starting with the sales manager. Please be careful with this bad service. The agreement says if you are delayed in your hiring payments you will have a penalty charge but what about if they are delayed in returning a deposit bank for 2 months?
