Was a Winkworth tenant for a year. Straightforward to deal with. Sorted out any issues during the tenancy and fair with deposit return. Sarah Russell was my letting contact. I only moved as I am now in Central London but 100% recommend Winkworth.

Have lived in Brighton & Hove for 5 years and in that time we have rented, bought and sold a house from the amazing Toby, Emma and Sarah at Winkworth. I could not say better things about them. Sarah on the rentals is amazing. Never a problem too big or small. Toby and Emma and on purchase and Sale have been outstanding. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything Winkworth Hove.

I recently sold my flat with Winkworth Hove, and can honestly say they were excellent. I had a difficult sale as the lease required amending. My agent was Toby Welton, he was excellent and very helpful. He reassured both myself and the buyer and got us through a complicated sale.
