        Graham is a total superstar an estate agent I actually trusted. He went out of his way to reassure me, and make everything regarding my sale run smoothly. Got the right price for myself and my buyer. He advised on places I was looking at, and made sure lines of communication were always open. A personal service, by the person who runs his business - a rarity in 2023. Best estate agent in Brighton (and I've met a lot of them!).

        We are group of 10 leaseholders who were extending our leases at the same time. Although we chose to hire another company to represent us we would highly recommend Austin Gray when it comes to their professionalism. Mr. Stewart Grey was very helpful and responsive with his correspondence. He provided all the information we asked and needed in order to make our decision. Great experience

        I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.
